BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
When you book, we will need to know:
Holiday start date
Length of stays (Payment for full weeks only)
Your name & address, including postcode
The names and ages of people in your party.
Do you need a cot/highchair?
We do not provide covers or linen for the cot.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We will send you a confirmation of your reservation and a request for payment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payment by
Telegraphic transfer direct to bank (Charge to you from £8)
Bank or Building Society DraftCheque, but only if payment reaches us at least 21 days before the start of your holiday.
Cheques and bankers drafts should be made payable to Mr and Mrs Nevell

Please do not send cash.

MAKING YOUR RESERVATION

THE CONFIRMATION

We will send you a notice confirming your reservation. It will show the dates, names and age ranges of people in the party, request for cot/highchair and price of your holiday. Included also are full instructions for finding your holiday property.
If any of the information contained on the Confirmation is incorrect, or subsequently becomes incorrect, please telephone reservations immediately.

RESERVATIONS MORE THAN 10 WEEKS AHEAD

A booking deposit is due:
For telephone bookings – within 17days of making your telephone reservation.
The reservation deposit is £150. You may pay the full cost of your holiday at this point if you wish.
The balance must be paid 10 weeks before the start of your holiday.

RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 10 WEEKS AHEAD

Full payment is due:
Within 17 days of making your telephone reservation, and must have been made 21 days before your holiday start date.

RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 21 DAYS AHEAD

Full payment by credit and debit card is required at the time of making your telephone reservation.

SECURING YOUR BOOKING

You must make the required payment(s) by the appropriate time(s) or we will have the right to cancel your booking and keep your deposit.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING

You may change your booking up to 10 weeks before your holiday start date (assuming availability) Each change is subject to a small amendment charge of £10, and availability. Please telephone with details of any required change.

You may cancel your holiday at any time. However a fee will be charged as follows:
WEEKS BEFORE START DATE AMOUNT OF HOLIDAY COST
More than 10 Full deposit
More than 8 but no more than 10 50%
8 or less 100%

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday. Your keys will be available from 4pm on the date of your arrival.
Please ring 07941969110, or 01227 763308 on the day to let me know the time of your arrival.
On your date of departure, you must vacate the house by 10am. Please post your keys back through the letterbox.

INSURANCE
Please make your own insurance arrangements.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils, china, cutlery, cleaning equipment, hair dryer, stereo system, TV, video (a small selection of tapes), boxed games, toilet rolls, books, magazines, mending kit, local maps, tourist information and telephone directories.
There is a telephone for incoming calls and emergency calls

CARE OF OUR HOME
Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden. Pets are also not allowed.
You are expected to use the house and its contents with care and are responsible for any and all damage caused to them. An inventory of the house contents is available on request.
On departure you should leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cleaning, damage or missing items.
